Description:
This full hermetic plant comes with a Henke 600 tons press and curing chamber including pallets. The press has the moulds to produce hermetic double layer slabs formats: double 400x400, double 600x400, single 500x500, single 800x400.
The finishing possibilities are: Direct Washing, Calibrating, Grinding, Chamferring, Shotblasting and Coating.
The finished products are automatically packaged horizontally via a cuber.
The plant consists of machines from multiple manufacturers and the machines were built in the 1990s to 2012. The today's plant was installed in 2012 by SR Schindler (Top-Werk Group) and can be visited running without concrete.
